Dr. Dean Mammales, DC
Dr. Dean Mammales founded Cobblestone Spine and Joint Institute with a single principle: that every patient deserves a nervous system free of interference. With over 15 years of practice in Royal Palm Beach, he has treated thousands of patients ranging from auto accident survivors to competitive athletes to seniors seeking to stay active and mobile.
Dr. Mammales takes a whole-body approach to care. Before any treatment begins, he conducts a thorough consultation and examination, reviews X-ray findings, and explains the diagnosis and care plan in plain language. He is known for being direct, thorough, and genuinely invested in his patients' long-term outcomes.

Dr. Sofia Becerra brings a patient-centered, evidence-based approach to every visit. She joined the Cobblestone team to expand the clinic's capacity and bring additional expertise to the practice's growing patient base.
Dr. Becerra has developed particular expertise in treating patients recovering from auto accidents and repetitive stress injuries. She is known for her thorough examination process and her ability to explain complex conditions in terms patients can understand and act on.
