We are located at the intersection of Okeechobee Blvd and SR-7, which is the central artery connecting every community we serve. Royal Palm Beach, Wellington, Loxahatchee, The Acreage, and Greenacres all feed directly to Okeechobee Blvd. West Palm Beach is 18 minutes east on the same road.
That positioning is intentional. Dr. Mammales chose this location specifically because it is accessible without highway driving from the communities most underserved by quality chiropractic care in western Palm Beach County. No toll roads. No complex routing. Most patients from the cities listed above reach us in under 15 minutes.
