First visits run about 45 to 60 minutes. Bring any imaging you have (X-rays, MRIs) and a list of your current medications.

Tight traps, limited rotation, pain that shoots into your shoulder. Neck pain is often tied to how your upper cervical spine is positioned. We address the root cause, not just the symptom.
Headaches & Migraines
A lot of headaches start in the neck. Cervicogenic headaches respond really well to chiropractic care because the tension driving them is coming from the cervical spine, not the head. We've had patients who stopped getting headaches entirely after a few adjustments.
Sciatica
That electric pain running from your lower back down through your glute and into your leg. Classic sciatic nerve irritation. We decompress the lumbar spine and work through the piriformis and surrounding soft tissue to take the pressure off that nerve.
Disc Herniations & Bulges
Herniated discs are painful but they're also very treatable without surgery in most cases. Dr. Muren has worked with patients who were told they needed surgery and got back to full function through consistent chiropractic care and soft tissue work.

Myofascial Scraping (IASTM)
Graston-style scraping to break up fascial adhesions and scar tissue. It's uncomfortable for about five minutes and patients feel the difference almost immediately after.
Myofascial Cupping
Reverse pressure therapy that decompresses the soft tissue instead of compressing it. Great for deep muscle tension and improving blood flow to stubborn areas.
